L-Theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in green tea leaves. It is well studied for its relaxation effects and provides a range of health benefits including mental focus and quality sleep.

Kava Extract

Kava (Piper methysticum) has been used by our neighbouring Pacific Islands for hundreds of years as a ceremonial drink and to promote the feeling of relaxation and calmness. Kavalactones are the main active ingredient in kava, they influence the neurotransmitters in our brain and help us to relax and feel calm. When looking for good quality kava extracts it is the kavalactones that are standardised and measured, Anxiet Ease contains 90mg of kavalactones per capsule, a therapeutic dose.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a medicinal herb classified as an adaptogen, which is an agent that helps the body adapt under stressful conditions. Sometimes referred to as “Indian ginseng” ashwagandha has a long history of traditional use with many benefits now backed by science, including relaxation, mood support, physical and emotional response to stress, focus and cognitive function.

DIRECTIONS

Adults take one capsule daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.
